For those who haven’t met me yet, my name is Joanna, and I’m the face and sole owner of The Laurel Beauty Room in Colchester, Essex. My salon is located in a quiet area with ample permit-free parking, making your visit as convenient as it is relaxing.

I began my journey into beauty therapy in 2015 after having my first child. Since then, I’ve gained Level 2 and 3 VTCT in Beauty Therapy and have continued to study and qualify in various areas of the industry including achieving my Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate in Enhancing Eyebrows with Microblading. I started as a mobile therapist visiting clients in their own homes, then moved on to working in my home conservatory, and now, I’m proud to welcome you to my beautiful home salon, located in our converted double garage.

I provide a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including: Skin Base Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Mesotherapy, Skin Needling and Microblading.

Some of my signature treatments include luxurious Elim Medi Heel Pedicures and Skin Base Back Facials.

Alongside this I offer waxing, eye brow and lash tinting, lash lift & tint and nail services such as gel manicures and BIAB “Builder in a Bottle”.
